The Omaha Home for Boys seeks caring married couples to serve as House Parents for boys ages 8 to 18. We support and train you in our nationally recognized treatment program. House Parenting is a rewarding career and an opportunity to make a difference in young people’s lives.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be married for at least one year
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (prefer some college credits)
- No more than one dependent child living with you at the present time
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
- Must be a US citizen, or green card, and living in the Unites States
Our food service staff prepares all meals and they are eaten family style in our dining room. You will have use of a van for transportation of youth. The work cycle is 6 days on duty, 3 days off. Combined starting salary is $43,200 with an increase after the 90 day introductory period. The Home has an excellent benefits package.
