Mark your calendars for Jacobs’ Place Transitional Living’s 20th Anniversary Party
In addition to food and an opportunity to learn more about the Home’s transitional living program, there will be games, apartment tours and other fun activities.
Jacobs’ Place is named for former board officer Warren L. “Pat” Jacobs, and original funding came from his estate upon his death in 1991. It had been his passion and goal to establish a transitional living program at the Home. Jacobs’ Place introduced females to the Home’s continuum of care for the first time in its long history.
Because of limited parking, people are encouraged to park at the Home’s main campus, and transportation will be provided to the Jacobs’ Place campus, located at 48th and Cuming Streets.
